Returns.
If you decide that your stationery shop order is no longer right for you and you wish to cancel, please send an email to hello@mystudiobim.com quoting your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued to you.
If your order has been dispatched or received and you wish to return your order within 14 days of receipt, please send your return request to hello@mystudiobim.com quoting your order number. Following a review of your request, a return address will be send to you to arrange postage. Studio Bim is not responsible for any return postage/shipping costs. We advise obtaining proof of postage as we cannot refund products lost or damaged in transit of a return. Return products must be received in saleable condition, meaning unused and unopened in their original packing. Once the returned product(s) is safely received and the condition is approved, a refund of the price of the product(s) excluding initial postage costs will be issued.
Exchanges can be arranged before dispatch, however, subject to stock availability. Please send your request to hello@mystudiobim.com and we will try our best to accommodate.

If you receive your order damaged, faulty or incorrect, please provide a description of the issue along with supporting images and we shall resolve the matter as soon as possible.
